Even though the news of Toyota halting sales and production on several models has been known for several days, it really hits home when you see this image. So often we see the word “SALE” glowing big and bold at car lots everywhere. To see this simple, subtle message being placed on car windshields is the perfect mixture of the irony and disappointment that has fallen upon the mighty automaker.
