The 2011 Scion iQ Makes a Bold Statement in New York

by Toyota in the News on April 5, 2010

Don’t be fooled by its size. Small packages do make bold statements at this weeks, New York International Auto Show.  A futuristic style gives the new 2011 Scion iQ a sexier interior and exterior with its clean lines.  You’ll experience an adventurous ride in this one-of-a-kind vehicle.

Inside the 2011 Scion iQ, four seats are available, still providing enough leg room. Including, electric power steering , a compact air conditioning unit, and so much more. The 2011 Scion iQ offers a smooth ride with many safety elements. Fully intact with an anti-lock braking system, brake assist, traction control, and vehicle stability control.

Extremely alert and daring. The 2011 Scion iQ shows aggressiveness from its powerful engine. A 1.3-liter 4-cylinder engine produces over 90 horsepower, plus many more features.   Enjoy a thrill-ride in this small, but yet fierce machine. Toyota is producing all-new vehicles to improve much of its lost sales.

Densely populated urban areas will particularly benefit from iQ, which is precisely why Boston Toyota and Scion dealers are especially eager for the arrival of this exciting new model. But even for commuters that don’t need to navigate tight spaces, the iQ will be great for long hauls as well thanks to its ultra high mileage engine, light weight, and continuously variable transmission. Although MPG estimates have yet to be released, expect mileage to be in the high 30s.
